E-Newsletters
If you wish to subscribe to an ABEA E-newsletter(s), we will use your name and e-mail address to send the newsletter to you. Subscribers will always be provided with means to unsubscribe.

ABEA may send strictly service-related announcements to members, customers, or certain other users whenever it is necessary to do so. For instance, if certain services that you may use are temporarily suspended for maintenance, ABEA might send you an e-mail notification.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Personally identifiable information
ABEA will not share e-mail addresses with any third party outside of the ABEA Constituency. Contact information is made available to all Anchor Bay Members for the use of networking and establishing relationship.

Any personal information collected by ABEA will not be disclosed to any third party, except that ABEA may make disclosures to appropriate law enforcement agencies as may be required or as may be deemed appropriate by ABEA. Information will be given to law enforcement personnel without a subpoena or court order whenever necessary to aid in identifying and prosecuting any person conducting illegal activities.

Promotions that are hosted on www.Abea.cc may be co-sponsored by ABEA and other companies, or may be sponsored by companies other than ACVB. Some or all of the data collected during a promotion may be shared with such sponsors or others as may be identified on the applicable entry form. Whenever data is to be shared in this manner, notice will be given prior to the time of data collection or transfer.

Agents
We use an outside shipping company to fulfill orders, and a credit card processing company to bill for goods and services we sell. These companies are not permitted to retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.
